Can I change or cancel my order?
As soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation email "Order Received" in your selected inbox at the email address entered in your profile.
Once an order has been placed we can change or cancel it only before having shipped your package. We invite you to write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can with your order request.
Can I change a Gift Card shipping address?
You can edit the email address to send your gift card simply writing an email to email@example.com. We will manage it for you.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item code you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 50 countries. We also accept payments via PayPal.
What currency are your prices in?
All purchases are payable in Euros, and, unless otherwise noted, prices for all of our items are listed in your domestic currency.
Do prices include VAT and Duties?
For EU countries prices are VAT included.
For extra EU countries prices do not include VAT and Duties, that will be claimed directly by your own customs according to your country regulations.
How can I redeem a coupon code?
You can redeem your personal coupon code it in the appropriate coupon section during check out. Coupon codes can not be combined and, unless otherwise noted, they expire.
How does referral program work?
We offer €15 in Tela Blu store credit when your friends or family sign up for a Tela Blu account and make their first purchase.
You can find your personal referral link on your profile page, or by writing to email@example.com.
When you share your link please make sure your friends create an account prior to browsing the site. The credit won't automatically apply to your account if they miss this step.

How do gift cards work?
We offer digital gift cards for €25, €50, €100, and €200.
We can mail it to the recipient directly or send it to you first—either way, no gift receipt necessary.
Please note that Gift card purchases are not eligible for refunds.
You can redeem your gift card online within 12 months in your profile page (giftcards section) or during the checkout.
If you use less credits than you have the difference will remain eligible for next orders.
Where can I find my order receipt/invoice?
You can download your receipt on your profile page (Orders section). If you need the order invoice please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org before 12 PM same-day purchase.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. All EU shipments take 1 to 2 business days to arrive, outside European Union it will take 2 to 3 business days.

How can I track my order?
All orders are fully traceable. Visit the page www.dhl.com/tracking and fill in your tracking number to get the latest shipping status of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number and other information once your order has been shipped.
How long before my order ships?
All orders are processed within 24 business hours. Note: if you place an order after 3pm UTC on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
All EU shipments take 1 to 2 business days to arrive, outside European Union it will take 2 to 3 business days.

What is your return policy?
Easy returns worldwide on all orders with DHL. All purchases may be returned within 14 days. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Refunds are issued at the net of a fair fee to help us covering returns shipping costs. Please refer to the table on Shipping & Returns section in this page to see your country return fees.
Please note that if you want to return an items purchased using a Promo based on quantities and promo conditions are no longer met we will deduct the promo value from your refund.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
Please note that Gift Cards purchases cannot be returned
What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
How do I start a return?

We will send you the Return Label and book DHL to collect the return at your place.

When can I expect my refund?
We refund all returns within 2 working days after having received returned items.
What size am I?
Measurements are taken in cm and while the garment is lying flat, so some measurements (i.e. waist, chest, etc.) will need to be doubled to determine their circumference. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item that you already own.

What if you’re out of my size?
If we’re planning to restock your size, you’ll see an option to add your email to a waiting list. We may also receive some stock through orders returned to our warehouse, so definitely check back in the future.
