Shipping worldwide
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. All EU shipments (Zone 1) take 1 to 2 business days to arrive, outside European Union it will take 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping Fees depends on your location, as shown in the chart below:
Track your order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your shipping visiting DHL Tracking Page using your tracking number.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may returned it within 14 days. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
We refund all returns within 2 business days after having received returned items.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
Refunds are issued at the net of a fair fee to help us covering returns shipping costs, depending your location,as shown in the chart below:
Exchange
Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
How to return your shipment
Please write an email to info@telablu.com mentioning which items you would like to return together with your Order ID.
We will send you the Return Label and book DHL to collect your return at your place. (Otherwise you can hand it in at your nearest DHL Service Point).
