ZONE 2Express Home Delivery (1 to 3 business days) 15€ on all orders
Return Shipping Fee 15€
Rest of Europe and Great Britain
Countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Great Britain)
ZONE 3Express Home Delivery (2 to 5 business days) 50€ on all orders
Return Shipping Fee 50€
Rest of the world
* For orders outside the European Union please consider these fees cover only the shipping cost and do not include duties, taxes, or other import charges.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us. To submit a return request online please go to my profile/my orders/return request. Once your request has been processed you will receive all the information for the collection via email.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
We refund all returns within 10 business days after having received returned items.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
* If you want to return an item purchased using a promotion and conditions are no longer met we will deduct the promo value from your refund
** Gift Cards purchases cannot be returned
Unfortunately, items can't be exchanged on our website. If you'd like a different size, style or colour, please submit a return request then return your item to us before placing a new order on our website.
VAT & Duties
For European Union countries prices are VAT included.
For all orders delivered outside the European Union:
- All prices displayed on our site do not include VAT and Duties, that will be claimed directly by your own customs according to your country's regulations.
- The customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duty, value added tax and all other taxes due under the laws of the country in which the order is received.
- Tela Blu is released from any legal responsibility if the taxes are not paid by the customer.
Track your order
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order by logging into your profile in the section “My Orders” or by visiting the courier tracking page.
